My name is Karen L. Block and my passion is that you find rest for your soul (Jer. 6:16). My hope is that through spiritual direction and encouragement, you will be able to step into a thriving life (Ps. 52:8). I offer spiritual formation services including spiritual direction, retreating and well-being checkups. I also offer spiritual formation resources - for daily making space for God and self and growth.
